Concept Inspiration & Insight: Perched on a gentle hillock near Bukit Timah, Hume Park II’s landscape draws on layered green terraces and open courts, offering respite above the city’s edge.
Central green courts, swimming pool, tennis/squash courts and BBQ pits are arranged around the blocks, maximizing outdoor amenity space. Planting schemes emphasise canopy trees for shade and comfort.
