Concept Description

SEASHELLS HOTEL, PHU QUOC

Project scale: 07 floors | Scope: Full scope Landscape
Status: Completed 2017 | Client: Novaland (design lead by Joaquin under LanArch)
Concept Inspiration & Insight: Inspired by the movement of waves and the shoreline, the landscape of Seashells Phu Quoc is envisioned as a flowing journey between beach, pool and garden — where native palms, turquoise water and white sand meld into one.
The design arranges large swathes of lawn and palm clusters beside the beach and infinity pool, creating an open green frontage to the sea. The pool edge is aligned to frame views, while curved walkways and hidden planting pockets carve gentle transitions from built form into nature. Night-lighting and subtle water features reinforce a relaxed resort mood.
