Concept Inspiration & Insight: The Central precinct frames city life with resort-scale landscape — generous pool terraces, connective promenades and shaded courts that relieve urban intensity.
Design features include a signature infinity pool set between twin towers, podium gardens, children’s play areas, sports courts and permeable walkways that link residents to retail and the wider riverside promenade. Emphasis on durable finishes and tree canopy for microclimate.
