Joaquin B. Rodriguez is an accomplished Landscape Design Director with over 33 years of professional experience across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore. A Registered Landscape Architect (PALA, SILA), Joaquin is recognized for his leadership in concept design and project execution of numerous built landscape developments, from high-rise residentials to large-scale urban and resort projects.
Having led LanArch Studio since 2008, Joaquin has successfully delivered many signature projects — including Sunrise City, Tropic Garden, and Lexington Residence in Vietnam; Batanes National Museum in the Philippines; and several hospitality and institutional projects in Singapore. His deep understanding of tropical design, construction coordination, and material detailing ensures that each project is both aesthetically refined and technically robust.
